We Create Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices are for the creation of your design and do not include the product cost or postage.

2.Included in the pricing is one proof and one set of changes. These changes are limited to design changes e.g. colours, borders etc and do not include reordering photos (see below) Any changes in addition or extra photos/pages you would like to add after the first proof will be charged at £5 per each set of amendments plus any cost of pages or extras.

3.If there is a special order you would like your photos to appear in your photobook you must rename them in numerical order e.g. 001, 002, etc. before emailing to us.

If you require us to rename your photos for you there is an additional cost of £5 per 50 photos and photos must be sent to us in batches of 10 in order for us to do this.

4.Photos must be emailed to us (rebeccae@uphotogifts.co.uk) – the best way to do this is to use www.WeTransfer.com.

You should copy your numbered images into a folder; you can then right click on this and send to – compressed zip folder. Then follow the instructions on the WeTransfer website to upload and send us your photos.

5.We must receive any special requirements, e.g. photos you would like as whole pages/spreads, colour preferences or any special text or title you would like to appear in writing, either by email or by completing our ‘We Create’ form.

6.A deposit of half the cost will be required before we can begin your creation with the balance payable upon completion.

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of photos for creation of your project and 5 working days for production.

By sending us your photos you are agreeing to us using them to design your product. Once completed, the photos will be securely removed from our systems.
